The story of our Integrated Projects began long before the department as we now call it even came in existence. The year was 2008 when Nanyang Technological University (NTU) engaged Natural Cool to service its ACMV system. Given the enormity of the task at the time, we duly assembled an entire team tasked exclusively with its success.
And so it was that one fully automated system and numerous on-site appraisals later, this project was to prove no exception to the bespoke solutions we are known to provide, par excellence—even if we did for the first time augment our services in one decisive regard; more than that, we stepped up to meet a client’s need in the broader scope of round-the-clock facilities management.
Yet that was far from being the only time we reinvented ourselves by dint of rising to the occasion. For our part at least, we can hardly think of any instance when our holistic approach to problem-solving failed our clients’ expectations. The thing is, we would like to keep it that way.
